A couple of months ago I had the pleasure to photograph Stephanie and Gordon’s engagement session on the University of Delaware’s Campus which is where the two both went to college together. You can tell from these photos of their wedding day that this is a very deeply emotionally connected couple and family. It was an honor to be their photographer for their wedding at White Clay Creek Country Club and I hope you enjoy this small sampling of images from their special day.
We had a blast last fall for Laura and Rich’s engagement session on the Elk River in Cecil County, Maryland. Their wedding was at the beautiful St Anthony’s Church in Wilmington, Delaware and their wedding reception was at Deerfield Country Club in Newark, Delaware. Because it was such a hot and humid day, we also stopped back into the Christiana Hilton to utilize their space for photography as well.
Jessica and John met with me over Skype sessions as they were out of state clients and the best way of communicating back and forth was the use of technology. This isn’t as uncommon as people think. I do these type of sessions on a weekly basis with clients from around the world.
It was a perfect day to celebrate their wedding day along side of sand of Bethany Beach, Delaware at a beautiful and quaint location, Addy Sea Bed and Breakfast. The wedding and celebration was filled with smiles, laughter and love. I hope you enjoy this small sampling of their wedding day.
Here is a slideshow of some random images from engagement sessions and also weddings from over the past year. There are over 100 images in total, so I hope this allows everyone to get a good glimpse at the range of styles of my work. It’s about you.

I am so excited and honored to be nominated recently for Photographer of the Year by Delaware Today Magazine.
From the many entries their staff narrowed down to three photographers. I am happy and excited to be one of those three.
Next month Delaware Today Magazine will hold their first ever Fashion Awards at Deerfield Country Club where they will announce the winners in all categories.
I doesn’t matter if I win or lose. I am so excited and honored to even be nominated as one of the top 3 photographers in the state of Delaware.
I want to personally thank everyone for their continued love, support and belief in me and my work. I am truly blessed.
There it was. The weather forecast going into the weekend. A major aggressive storm front was making it’s way towards us. When I woke up first thing in the morning I looked outside to what seemed to be heaviest rainfall so far in 2013 in Delaware. For any wedding photographer this spells disaster for the opportunity to get the standard outdoor wedding photographs. Not me though. I seen a unique opportunity.
Thankfully previously working with Jamie and Chris, I knew this young hip couple would be up for just about anything. I reached out to Jamie and reviewed the challenges the weather was going to make for her wedding day and also gave my personal input on how to turn it into a great, fun opportunity. She was ecstatic and had her bridesmaids fast at work looking for bright colored umbrellas and boots all over town.
Needless to say it was already a day to remember and by seeing the some of the photographs below we had a lot of fun even though it was during an aggressive downpour while we did it.
I would also like to thank Milbourne Orchards for allowing us to use their properly. The ground was way too muddy to go into the grass, but we made the best of it.
I hope you enjoy this small set of images from their wedding day.
Veronica and Adam were a lot of fun to work with on this engagement session at Cape Henlopen State Park. Because Adam is an active Marine and was going to be deployed very soon we work on the engagement session just weeks before their wedding. I hope you enjoy this engagement series and also soon I will be posting photos from their wedding from Hartfield Country Club soon as well.
